The Lake Forest Swim Team offers swim instruction for ages 5-18.  We have meets on many Tuesday and Thursday afternoons during the summer.  Our season culminates with the city meet at the end of July.  Our coaches offer a fun and exciting atmosphere where children can form friendships and learn the lessons offered through healthy competition.
